This week's theme on Gothic Arches is Time. I puzzled over it for a while, but when I found the image of the mom reading to her little girl, I knew exactly what I'd do. I used MyTatteredAngels spray...3 colors that I sprayed on a sponge. I didn't like the effect so I sprayed each one directly on the arch and used the sponge to move the color around. I stamped swirls lightly from Quietfire Designs with Sepia and Gold. I'm happy with it and happy to post it to Gothic Arches.

Oh, you've made this children's librarian's heart beat faster with your gothic arch this week. There is nothing better than a parent reading to a child. What a lovely and gentle piece.

What an adorable, loving way to see the concept of time, normally it's considered such a negative thing. You've turned it on it's head.
