Steampunk at Gothic Arches

I used a fun technique I just learned. (See Val's blog: http://valsalteredheartjourney.blogspot.com/ - stop by and wish her well, please, she's going through serious health issues). Natl Geo magazine strips glued to your base, sand, then go over with brown shoe polish and Quinacridone Nickel Azo Gold. I threw down some Lumiere gold and turquoise for a bit of glitz here and there. Added my image and metal pieces to finish it. Thanks for looking!!!
