Incredible Journey with 3 Muses

Have you ever worked on a piece and worked on it...had no clear idea what or where you were going with it...only had to keep on going? There were several times I thought about going to the garbage can, but obviously I didn't. The papers are from Marcia Kay's line at Target. Perhaps I should show this one to a shrink? LOL!!!! I think I've been working on it since Wednesday. There was almost a cow in it, but at the last moment common sense prevailed...or did it?

Looks like Phineas Fogg took off to sail around without them; and they're on their own! Like the images you've picked with their hnds behind their backs and how they're all behind each other..gently comic effect!

I looooovvvveee this piece and I am trying to imagine it with a cow, maybe you should of put in the cow too. Hmmmmm would be good if you did a before cow and after cow version. Great artwork love it all and off to see more.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, now I have found yours and will be back more often.

Oh I'm sooooo pleased you didn't give up on this one. It's truly witty and clever and full of fun. The best pieces of art are those where we have no idea where they come from!!!! Thank you for a brilliant piece. See you again next week!

It looks as though the three travelers have missed the balloon and it's sailed without them. So, they're off on a land journey! Fun, clever and so original. Am so happy that your balloon didn't land in the trash! Hugs, Terri

Well, I can see why they missed the balloon -- it has no basket, but it looks like a l*o*n*g walk until they get to that woman -- and then it's 3 to 1! It's obvious everyone is enjoying this one immensely, which means you did a smashingly good job!
