Three Muses - Hats
Almost missed this one, then I realized I had already created a piece some time ago. The picture is of my mom sometime in the 1940s. I used a block sized ATC, some dresden, lace and a jewel or two wrapped in the lace and of course a bit of glitter at the edges and here's my mom in a little blue velvet hat.
