Welcome back, hope you are getting a spring in your step with that new knee! Your mother's day postcard is sweet, I love all the little birds and your image is perfect. Cheers!
When I was in the rehab center with my new hip - the girls with the new knees ran circles around us - literally. It seemed their rehab was very difficult the first week then they jut took off. I was so amazed. I am sending you prayers, any surgery any rehab is difficult, but I am hoping once everything heals you will be better than new. p.s.love your card!!
Born and raised a city girl (Chicago). Now I live 23 miles south of D.C. Have loved art all my life. Primarily self taught. Raised 3 sons solo and they are my pride and joy. I have a 7 yr old granddaughter and a 2 year old grandson. They are the apples of my eye, and I hope they will love art as I do.

Hope all goes well and that you recover well and do not have long to wait to be fully functional, Lynn. Take care and don't overdo it. Hugs, Gayle.
