I made my arch using oil pastel crayons for my background (on 140 lb cold press watercolor paper which I gessoed first), rubbed them together with my finger, then coated with matte medium (a Lori Roberts technique). The lovely woman image comes from Rhonda at San Design, the other images are from Kathy at KF Collections. Then, I used white acrylic and floated ovals at the edges to create the appearance of lace. The dots were done holding my breath! :o) Thanks for looking!
